Get Help Preparing for your Case
The Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) will provide you with the chance to speak with an OATH Procedural Justice Coordinator who can provide you with legal information and resources to help you get ready for your case. The staff can provide you with information about the hearing process. Answer question and provide options available to you. These staff *cannot* provide you with legal advice. Free foreign language services are available upon request.
OATH has a strong working relationship with NYC’s Department of Small Business Services (SBS). Procedural Justice Coordinators can refer you to specialized agents at SBS. The agents can help you address your business needs.
To schedule an appointment with the OATH Help Center, please email at smallbizhelp@oath.nyc.gov or call (212) 436-0845.
Please note, that all appointments with OATH Help Center should be made prior to the day of the hearing.
